Central Piedmont Health Services, Inc. (CPHS) is pleased to participate in The Pharmacy Connection program. CPHS recognizes that medications are as critical to patient care as a physician’s diagnosis. However, prescriptions can be extremely costly to fill and maintain, making effective treatment beyond the reach of many patients with limited household incomes. Too often, patients with limited incomes try to extend the supply of their prescription medications by taking half or quarter doses, essentially rendering the treatment ineffective.

Pharmaceutical manufacturers have long recognized this dilemma. The Pharmacy Connection program is a tool to make Patient Assistance Programs easier to use. The Pharmacy Connection program can make a significant difference in increasing the availability of certain free medications to CPHS’s eligible patient base.

Please Note: Those who are on Medicare and qualify for Part D Drug Plan are not eligible under the Pharmacy Connection program
