Dr. Cherian Joseph completed his Internal Medicine Residency at Mercy Catholic Medical Center, Darby, Pa, in 2002. He went on to complete a 2-year Geriatric Medicine Fellowship at the University of Connecticut Health Science Center, Hartford, CT, in 2004. Following the completion of fellowship, Dr. Joseph served as Clinical Instructor in the Department of Geriatrics at the University of Connecticut (Hartford, CT). In addition, he also provided Inpatient medical services at Connecticut Valley Hospital – Division of Mental Health and Substance Abuse (Middletown, CT).

Dr. Joseph moved to the Virginia area in 2005. His experience has included Medical Directorship of a Correctional Facility, Inpatient services at local area hospitals, nursing homes, and assisted living facilities.

Dr. Joseph is board certified in Internal Medicine and Geriatric Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine.

Dr. Joseph established the practice of Centre Pointe Health in 2007. He currently divides his time with the outpatient clinics and providing continuity of care for his patients who are currently admitted to local area hospitals, nursing homes, and assisted living facilities. In addition Dr. Joseph provides home visits to house-bound patients who are unable to leave their homes.

Dr. Joseph is settled in the Fredericksburg area and enjoys spending his leisure time with his wife and two kids.
